Goa’s Programme for Comprehensive Type 1 Diabetes Care will provide insulin, glucose monitoring supplies, education, counselling and regular follow-ups, alongside early screening for patients.Weekly clinics will be held at the district hospitals in Mapusa and Margao and sub-district hospitals in Ponda and Chicalim. The programme aims to strengthen early diagnosis and continuous care for people with Type 1 diabetes.
