Digital Goa, Dec 22- Town and Country Planning Dept has ‘corrected’ zone of 6 plots of land across Goa, admeasuring 20,487 sq mtr, as settlement zone in Regional Plan 2021 using provisions under section 17(2) of TCP Act. Plot of land admeasuring an area of 969 sq mtr, surveyed under Survey No. 161, sub-division No. 2, of Village Chaudi, Canacona Taluka which is earmarked as Paddy Field, plot of land admeasuring an area of 3483 sq mtr, surveyed under Survey No. 104, sub-division No. 1-C, of Village Penha De Franca , Bardez which is earmarked as Natural Cover ,plot of land admeasuring an area of 3850 sq mtr, surveyed under Survey No. 89 sub-division No. 6, of Village Saligao , Bardez which is earmarked as Natural Cover , plot of land admeasuring an area of 6010 sq mtr, surveyed under Survey No. 405, sub-division No. 10 & 10-A, of Village Soccoro , Bardez which is earmarked as Natural Cover, plot of land admeasuring an area of 3990 sq mtr, surveyed under Survey No. 469, sub-division No. 23-K, of Village Curtorim , Salcete which is earmarked as Paddy Field and plot of land admeasuring an area of 2185 sq mtr, surveyed under Survey No. 6, sub-division No. 2 (Part), of Village Orgao , Ponda which is earmarked as General Industry as per RPG-2021 have all been corrected as Settlement Zones.
