Digital Goa, April 12- Goa Traffic Police has introduced mobile traffic patrolling and enforcement in an attempt to cover larger areas and bring order and safety on Goan roads on the backdrop of phenomenal rise in road accidents in the state. “Youth need to exercise restraint on speed while riding two wheelers and always wear helmet as they are the most vulnerable lot on roads,” said DGP Jaspal Singh while announcing the mobile traffic patrolling initiative.
