Aug 6 – Only Red category industries will not be permitted in the Eco-Sensitive Zone (ESZ). However, there will be no restriction or ban on repair or reconstruction of houses within ESZ, clarified Environment Minister Aleixo Sequiera. Traditional livelihoods will also be protected, he added.
