Aug 13- A 19-year-old youth from Karnataka who was apprehended by Traffic police in Panaji for not wearing a helmet turned out to be wanted thief. The accused identified as Kiran Morgesh from Shimoga, Karnataka is wanted in Rs 5.27 lakh theft case reported at Thumba Police Station in Kerala. He has also confessed to stealing 3 mobile phones from Porvorim area worth Rs 30,000.
