Aug 30- Proposal of Goa State Pollution Control Board (GSPCB) to conduct aerial survey to map structures in the coastal areas of Goa, through an external agency has not been considered as such type of mapping comes within the purview of Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority(GCZMA). The authority has already commenced the work, informed Environment Minister Aleixo Sequeira. As such it would lead to duplication of work, he added. Sequeira said that govt owned drones will be used to do the survey, resulting in significant amount of cost cutting for the dept.
