Dec 10- A Russian couple driving under the influence allegedly hit a vehicle at Succor, Porvorim, injured a youth and fled from the scene. Following the incident, a group of youth accompanying the accident victim pursued the Russians and attacked their vehicle. In an attempt to flee, the Russian couple rammed their car into an electric pole. Mapusa police is investigating the matter. The incident occurred yesterday night.
