Digital Goa, Oct 31- Anjuna police arrested a scrap yard owner and detained 4 minors today in rickshaw and vehicle battery theft case reported at Siolim on Oct 26. Owner of scrap yard at Colvale, one Afzal Ahmad Shah (age 36 years) a native of UP who had received the stolen batteries was arrested while the 4 minors who committed the theft have been detained. The accused had stolen the rickshaw and batteries of 7 two-wheelers from open parking place near Ajoba Furniture, Dongarmarg, Siolim . The stolen rickshaw and 10 stolen batteries of the vehicles all worth Rs 4 lakh have been recovered at instance of 4 Juveniles and attached under the Panchanama, informed police. The 4 Juveniles were produced before Juveniles Justice Board and admitted in Apna Ghar Merces .
