Digital Goa, Apr 1 – Panaji Police have arrested Amrit Bhalla, a casino employee and native of Jharkhand, for allegedly molesting a girl at Hawai Beach, Dona Paula. He was nabbed at Margao Railway Station while attempting to flee.
