Digital Goa, April 27- The Goa State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (Goa-SEIAA) has granted environmental clearance to M/s Marvel Resorts Private Limited for the conversion of a residential project for commercial use(hotel) at Tonca, Panaji. The project was appraised by the Goa State Expert Appraisal Committee (Goa-SEAC) at its meeting held on February 14,2025. Based on the recommendation, the Goa-SEIAA approved the project during its meeting on March 26, 2025. The communication address for the project spread in 8,184 sq mtr area with builtup area of 41,360 sq mtr, is Delta Pleasure Cruise Company Pvt Ltd.
