Digital Goa, May 5- Goa Government has constituted 14 member Model Transgender Welfare Board under the provisions of the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act, 2019 and the corresponding Rules, 2020. The board headed by Chief Secretary has been established to implement and oversee various welfare measures for transgender persons.
