Digital Goa, July 30 – A 27-year-old man from Mizoram, Lalrinnunga, has been sentenced to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment for raping and attempting to murder a 63-year-old woman in 2019 at a hotel in Arpora, Bardez. Anjuna Police arrested Lalrinnunga and later chargesheeted him. The Fast Track (POCSO) Court in Panaji found him guilty and sentenced him to 10 years of RI.
