Digital Goa, Aug 10 – Police have booked a person from Silvanagar, Ponda, for allegedly forging a No Objection Certificate (NOC) on the letterhead of the Ponda Municipal Council to obtain electricity and water connections for her house. According to the complaint filed by Ponda Municipal Council Chief Officer, the forged NOC, purportedly signed by Municipal Engineer, was submitted to the concerned authorities prior to August 6.
