Digital Goa, August 13 – Panaji Police arrested 36-year-old Ratan Kumar Pradhan, a native of Baleshwar, Odisha, for possessing 970 grams of ganja worth ₹97,000 in the international market. The contraband, a greenish leafy, fruiting, and flowering substance suspected to be narcotic, was seized during a raid conducted yesterday night near the Cricket Ground at Nagali, Panaji.
