Digital Goa, August 15 – Fatorda police have arrested Joyston Fernandes (20) today and Sunil Bilawar (20) yesterday in connection with the violent assault on two persons at Mungul, Margao. Police had earlier arrested eight accused the day after the incident, taking the total number of arrests in the case to 10.
