Digital Goa, October 2 – Anjuna police on Thursday recovered the body of an unidentified man, aged around 30–35 years, from the shore near Jolene by the Sea restaurant at Anjuna. The body was found lying in a prone position between sea rocks after being spotted by a tourist around 11 am. Police said that during preliminary inquiry, locals revealed that the deceased was last seen walking alone along the rocky stretch of Anjuna beach. He is believed to have been swept away by high tides during the night and later washed ashore.The deceased was found wearing only a jacket, with the lower portion of his body unclothed.
