Digital Goa, Oct 7 – The Cyber Crime Police Station, Goa, has arrested a 65-year-old man from Mumbai in connection with a large-scale online investment fraud amounting to Rs. 1,52,00,000 following a complaint from a Margao resident. Police identified and arrested Ronnie Sequeira from Borivali West, Mumbai. The probe revealed that Sequeira had received Rs. 35 lakh in his bank account, and preliminary investigation suggests that he, along with his wife, is involved in similar frauds in other states.
