Digital Goa, Jan 14 – Goa Transport Department will soon issue a circular making helmets mandatory for both riders and pillion riders on two-wheelers across the State, CM Pramod Sawant informed the House today. He said it is important for them to wear the helmet for their own safety. He went on to add that if the Transport Department has not already issued such circular, he will ask the department to issue a circular to this effect.
