Digital Goa, Oct 26 – The State Election Commission has issued a fresh notification delimiting wards for elections to 11 municipal councils, after the High Court quashed the earlier September 9 notification through an October 9 order.The notification covers Mormugao, Margao, Mapusa, Curchorem-Cacora, Bicholim, Cuncolim, Quepem, Canacona, Valpoi, Pernem and Sanguem municipal councils. The notification specifies detailed ward boundaries through Assembly constituency polling parts, localities and house numbers.
