High Court has directed the TCP Dept to immediately inspect the casting yard at Bainguinim linked to the four-laning of the Bhoma–Old Goa stretch of NH-4A and submit a report by the next hearing on October 28.The petitioners have alleged that Bhoma – Old Goa National Highways related works on the plot, designated as settlement land under the Regional Plan, violate Section 16 of the Goa Town and Country Planning Act
