Digital Goa, Aug 21- In an important development in Banastari accident case, statement of owner of car Meghna Sawardekar was recorded before magistrate in Ponda today. Recording of statement went on for almost three hours. One child of three children present in the car was also present during recording of the statement. The statements of remaining two children will be recorded soon. Earlier, High Court had extended the judicial custody of Paresh Sawardekar in view of recording of statement of Meghna Sawardekar before Magistrate.
