Digital Goa, Sept 14- Goa govt has tied up with online food ordering and delivery platform Swiggy to implement its Chavath E-Bazaar initiatives. The Ganesh Chaturthi Bazaar which was organised with stalls at various locations across the state has now been given the form of e-market place with the name ‘Chavath E Bazaar 2023’ available on Swiggy Minis. As of now only 3 sellers are available on the platform, each delivering in their own areas of Bicholim, Agaccaim and Pissurlem. Explaining the operations of the E-Bazaar, CM said the product seller will have to give the products to the local Panchayat from where they will be picked up by the delivery partner and delivered across Goa. Over a period of time the scope of the Bazaar will be expanded to incorporate handicraft and other items produced locally, informed Sawant. He urged Goans to buy their Chaturthi sweets from local sellers through the E-Bazaar.
