Digital Goa, Feb 14 – In the last week of December 2022, the Centre had accepted the detailed project report (DPR) for implementation of the decades-old Kalasa-Bhanduri project in the inter-State Mhadei river basin. While acceptance from hydrology and inter-State aspects, as per the guidelines of CWC, have been accepted, they are subject to the decision of the Supreme Court on a special leave petitions(SLP) of riparian States — Maharashtra, Karnataka and Goa.
