Digital Goa, Sept 29 – Goa Tourism Department has directed all hoteliers, guesthouse owners, and accommodation providers, including Airbnb hosts, to comply with the TIME (Tourists Information Management Enterprise) software for monthly data submission and C-Form filing for foreign tourists. The department emphasized that accurate submissions are mandatory and warned that incomplete or incorrect entries will attract fines, sanctions, or even suspension of operating licenses under Rule 17 of the Goa Registration of Tourist Trade (Amendment) Rules, 2022. Hoteliers have been urged to act immediately, and a 24×7 helpline (1364) is available for their assistance, states a release.
