Digital Goa, Oct 3 – A major leakage in the pipeline at Opa has disrupted water supply to Panaji and surrounding areas. According to reports, the leakage occurred following a power disruption at the Opa water treatment plant on Thursday, after a fire broke out at the electricity sub-station in Curti, Ponda. Repair work is currently underway and normal supply is expected to be restored by this evening.
