Digital Goa, Oct 12 – Goa Police conducted a statewide nakabandi drive on October 11, 2025, resulting in 35 preventive arrests across Goa. According to official data, 2,560 persons and 1,992 vehicles were checked in North Goa, where police made 23 preventive arrests. In South Goa, 1,419 persons and 980 vehicles were checked, leading to 12 preventive arrests. A total of 86 violations under COTPA and 88 cases of smoking and spitting were recorded across the state.
