Digital Goa, Dec 25 – Chief Justice of India(CJI) Surya Kant and several Supreme Court judges will attend a two-day national conference on mediation in Goa on December 26–27. The event, organised by the Bar Council of India, BCI Trust and IIULER, Goa, will focus on the Mediation Act, 2023, institutionalisation of mediation, and best practices. On December 26, the CJI will lead a mediation awareness walk in Panaji to promote mediation as an effective dispute resolution mechanism.
