Digital Goa, Nov 19 – High Court has allowed Rohan Harmalkar to withdraw his bail application in the case investigated by the Directorate of Enforcement (ED) and granted him liberty to file a fresh plea before the Special Court in Panaji. The Special Court has been directed to decide the matter within three weeks of receiving the new application, after hearing the Special Public Prosecutor. As the chargesheet in the case had been filed on July 31, 2025, leading to a change in circumstances, Harmalkar’s counsel requested permission to withdraw the existing bail plea to enable filing a fresh application
